About Lydia
Lydia Waites is a writer living in East Yorkshire and currently undertaking her PhD in Creative Writing at the University of Lincoln. She is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Tether’s End Magazine and a former fiction editor at The Lincoln Review. Her work has been appeared in Door Is A Jar, Streetcake Magazine, Porridge Magazine, FEED, York Literary Review, and more. She has given readings at local events such as the High Wolds Poetry Festival, Lincoln Sloth Storytelling Events, and as part of the Lincoln Festival of Creativity.
When she isn't being dragged around the Wolds by a springer spaniel she can be found on Twitter and Instagram, or contacted by email. She also aims to blog here occasionally about local folklore findings and wyrd wanderings.
